Community Institutions and Participatory Development (CIPD)

Establish and strengthen self-help groups (SHGs) and community institutions (CI) comprised of target sectors. These Organizations are empowered to plan, implement and monitor their activities like the management of the poverty alleviation fund.

Community Infrastructure (CI)
| Through this component, rural infrastructure responding to the critical needs of the communities such as potable water system and farm to market road shall be constructed or rehabilitated. This component shall also establish viable micro-financial services with women at the center of activities. |

Natural Resource Management (NRM)
 |
Capabilities of the LGUs and communites to plan and execute integrated watershed management plans are enhanced through this component. Appropriate farming system and technologies and fishery enterprise options shall be identified, developed, tested and replicated with the participation of farmers and fisherfolks.

Support Studies and Services (SSS)
|
This component shall provide effective government and private advisory, research counseling and marketing information services to community enterprises. It shall also work for the improvement of the delivery of support services on health, nutrition and functional literacy to indigenous peoples.

Support to Indigenous Peoples (SIP)
 |
This objectives of the SIP are to facilitate the membership of IP tribal leaders in LGU development councils; assure the security of tenure of IP ancestral domains and lands; and integrate the Ancestral Doman Sustainable Development and Protection Plan (ADSDPP) with local development plans and budgets. |

This shall work on having efficient, responsive and cost effective Project services to SHGs and CIs as well as in establishing responsive and effective schemes and mechanisms at all levels of Project implementation.
